In this half-hour introduction, we, Greg and Sean Voisen, first tell you how our personal stories and experiences led to the creation of the “Never Mind the Noise” series. Then we begin to explore the philosophy, tools and techniques behind “Never Mind the Noise,” first discussing stress reduction and enhancement of creativity through the art of mindfulness and meditation. Next, we move on to introduce the concept of “presensing,” a tool for breaking habitual patterns and ridding oneself of limiting beliefs to open up new avenues for creative expression and excellence in interpersonal communications. After our half-hour talk, we will have a question-and-answer period/discussion with our callers.
